1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Otinaru ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Otinaru provides AI-powered tools for design and communication. The Service includes Otinaru Studio (AI design editor) and future products accessible via *.otinaru.com subdomains. The Service uses third-party AI model providers via OpenRouter to generate content.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity may maintain one account.

4. Credits and Billing

  • Free tier: Access to free-tier AI models at no cost, no credit card required, no time limit.
  • Credits: Prepaid credits can be purchased starting at $10. A platform fee applies per top-up. Credits never expire and are non-transferable.
  • Refunds: Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus the platform fee. Credits that have been partially used are non-refundable.
  • No subscriptions: We do not charge recurring fees. You only pay when you choose to top up.

5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

You may connect your own OpenRouter API key to use with the Service. When using BYOK, you are responsible for all charges incurred through your OpenRouter account. Otinaru does not charge a platform fee for BYOK usage. You must not share API keys that violate your agreement with OpenRouter or any model provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate content that violates applicable laws or model provider policies
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including designs, prototypes, documents, and exported files. Otinaru does not claim any rights over your output.

Our service: The Service, including its interface, code, design system, and brand, is owned by Otinaru. You may not copy or redistribute the Service itself.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Otinaru is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated content may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing and validating all output.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
